MAIN MISSION

The laboratory technician is responsible for assisting the oenologist in his analysis and product development tasks.

POSITION ACTIVITIES

• Collection and preparation of samples,
• Respect and enforce the rules of hygiene, safety, quality and environment
• Carry out analysis and test operations for the company's or competitors' products, interpret,
• Control of the cleaning of production lines,
• Perform borehole water analyses,
• Take care of the work equipment made available,
• Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment,
• Perform any other task requested by the hierarchy,
• Ordering laboratory supplies,
• Storage organization.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Academic level: BAC (minimum) or certified training in an approved center.
