The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in Human Resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a AGRI-FOOD PROJECT MANAGER.

Mission:

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the project, the agri-food project manager will pilot the activity from end to end, he will intervene in the supply of products to sale, including packaging, packaging and transport of goods from Africa to the West.

 

Activities

 

  • Develop the project budget,
  • Evaluate the necessary needs in terms of human and material resources,
  • Write the project specifications (set the objectives, strategy, resources and organization as well as coordinate the actions necessary for the realization of the project)
  • Monitor investments and ensure their realization,
  • Contribute to the realization of feasibility studies,
  • Implement the commercial strategy defined by management,
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise project activities,
  • Develop communication, promotion and product distribution strategies
  • Oversee market research and benchmarking of competitive products
  • Set up internal and external procedures,
  • Find and select suppliers in order to obtain the best quality / price ratio,
  • Identify consumer products that easily collapse on the market,
  • Design and implement the strategy for the movement of goods and products,
  • Establish a report on the progress of the project to management,

With its teams:

  • Follow the suppliers in order to respect the delivery dates,
  • Monitor supply schedules to avoid line stoppages,
  • Supervise the transport, packaging, storage and warehousing of goods,
  • Supervise orders, and ensure the shipment of goods to customers,
  • Supervise the packaging of all products taking into account their specific needs,
  • Coordinate product flows and stocks based on sales forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules and that the quantities of products from suppliers comply with the order,
  • Design, improve product packaging,
  • Ensure the supply of the packaging line, 
  • Develop and organize the presence of its products on the market, ensuring consistency with the marketing policy,
  • And all the other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy

The incumbent must have:

Academic level : BAC + 5 in agrifood / Marketing / Commerce or any other equivalent diploma

Professional experience : 05 years minimum of similar experience in the field of project management. Experience in general food distribution.

  • Mastery of ISO 9001 and 22000 standards
  • Ability to analyze the results of competitive intelligence
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
