The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting businesses and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a client for one of its clients COMMERCIAL (e).

Mission:

Responsible for the execution of the commercial strategy on behalf of the company.

Prospecting:

  • Identify the prospects who are in his target,
  • Approach prospects until the sale is completed by materializing the contract,
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied once the proposed service has been purchased (after-sales service),
  • Design and transmission of the customer and prospect database,
  • Negotiate the prices of service offers with prospects,
  • Transmission of orders (needs) to the hierarchy,
  • Report on its deployment and results.

Position in the structure: 

  • Winning clients (developing and managing the portfolio of clients and prospects)
  • Monitor the activity of customers and prospects, in order to identify business opportunities
  • Submit the competitive intelligence report

Customer management :

  • Once the customer has been “won”, that is to say awaiting execution of the contract, by Cames, the sales representative must ensure that it has been carried out under the best conditions.
  • The salesperson will have to validate all the steps with the Manager.
  • Regular contact with the client (telephone, meetings, visits)
  • Listening to the client: regularly ensure that he is satisfied with the work provided and its progress.

Administration:

  • Ensure regular reporting of activities and issues to the hierarchy,
  • Take care of the work equipment provided;
  • Respect internal procedures;
  • Carry out any other task assigned by the hierarchy.

The incumbent must have:

  • Academic level : BAC + 3 in Marketing Commerce Sales (MCV)
  • Professional experience : 05 years of similar experience or in a commercial position
