CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER.

 

MAIN MISSION

The Community Manager is also responsible for ensuring the visibility, notoriety, image of the company on social networks and looking for new customers.

 

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

  • Creates links between the brand and the users, by being both the spokesperson for the users internally (Managers, shareholders, etc.) and that of the brand externally.
  • Ensures a watch on the web, be attentive and make an inventory of the e-reputation of his company
  • Create and provide digital content (action corresponding to the technical term of SMO, for Social Media Optimization). That of federating and retaining Internet users around the brand by creating a friendly community that it must also animate
  • Ensures the visibility of his company on social networks by creating groups, hubs or viral content on sites such as Facebook, Myspace, Viadeo, YouTube…
  • Make the brand more visible by increasing the number of links and posts or comments,
  • Intervene on the development of the notoriety of his company by carrying out webmarketing actions: referencing of the site, netlinking, partnerships between websites, affiliation...
  • Detects all new tools (eg: Twitter, IPhone apps, FriendFeed, etc.) that can foster a close relationship with his/her community(ies).
  • Respect internal procedures,
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the hierarchy.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the hierarchy
