CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
MISSION:
The Administrative and Financial Director is responsible for the good administrative and financial management of the company.
He / she controls the proper execution of the strategy and procedures defined with general management and coordinates the services for which he / she is responsible.
Guarantor of financial sustainability, transparency and reliability of the accounts, the CFO works in close collaboration with general management and the Group Chief Financial Officer.
The DAF coordinates and supervises the accounting and financial services, the personnel service, administration and general services. He advises management on strategic choices, he prepares tools to report on the financial situation in real time, he prepares budgets, optimizes capital management, he negotiates loans with banks, supervises debt collection.

POSITION ACTIVITIES :

• Supervise, organize and coordinate administrative, accounting and financial services
• Ensure the reliability of general and cost accounting and compliance with accounting standards
• Produce the company's financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, etc.)
• Develop, implement and optimize the administrative management procedures and conditions of the company
• Set up indicators and dashboards consistent with the objectives of the structure and facilitate control and reporting
• Manage financial flows, in particular cash flow, and recommend corrective and improvement actions to the Group CEO and CFO
• Centralize all contracts related to the administrative and financial activity set up by the company and intervene in the event of disputes
• Structuring of representative administrative and financial data
• Support and advise management on forecast budgets
• Supervise the teams in charge of administrative and financial activities (treasury, accounting, management control, invoicing, collection, purchasing, etc.)
• Management of the team in charge of various activities
• Accounting, treasury, taxation, management control, audit, legal, human resources, communication, information system, general services, purchasing

Administrative management
• Define the main orientations of the control systems
• Set up the management procedures and indicators necessary for monitoring activities and reporting to management

Accounting, management control and reporting
• Ensure the reliability of company accounts and the preparation of financial and accounting documents in accordance with legislation
• Supervise the accounting teams in compliance with deadlines and procedures
• Supervise management control in its missions and the preparation of results
• Develop the budget and the business plan in line with the strategic choices of the shareholder and general management
• Cash flow, credit renewal, banking transaction
• Develop the company's financing plans and validate the cash budgets meeting external financing needs
• Monitor the cash flow situation, analyze the observed deviations from forecasts
• Define and follow the credit policy in collaboration with the sales department
• Seek bank support and investor support, adapt outstandings to changes in financial markets
• Manage movable and real estate assets
• Tax law, taxation
• Organize boards of directors and general meetings in compliance with legal obligations
• Coordinate legal advice in specific cases (merger, acquisition, etc.)
• Control the company's legal commitments (insurance, subcontracting) by centralizing and validating all established contracts
• Ensure compliance with legislation and ensure legal and conventional watch
• Validate tax choices with experts (tax expert, auditor), ensure relations with tax services
• Oversee the resolution of disputes and litigation
Human ressources
• Coordinate the execution of the human resources management policy
• Ensure compliance with social obligations and current legislation
• Coordinate legal watch
• Coordinate personnel administration activities (recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, career management, training, etc.)
• Coordinate the implementation of the remuneration and emulation policy in conjunction with the operational directors
Information, organization, procedures
• Define the needs and resources necessary to optimize information and management systems
• Pilot the implementation of new management tools, such as ERP

Communication
• Guarantee the reliability of financial information

Purchase
• Coordinate the activity of the purchasing department in charge of centralizing and executing orders
• Support operational staff in negotiations with suppliers
General services
• Set up management tools to reduce the costs of general services
• Manage the renovations of the premises
Internal Audit
• Organize and supervise the internal and external audit services of the company

The incumbent must have:
• Academic level: BAC + 4/5 in Accounting / Management Control / Law
• Professional experience: 10 years of similar experience in management of an agrifood production company.
• A good level in French / Spanish would be a plus.

KNOW HOW :
• Management of transversal and hierarchical teams
• Manage the accounting process (entry, archiving of accounting documents, validation of expenses and purchases, etc.)
• Master the company's accounting procedures
• Master the activities of the company, Finance and Labor Law
• Master OHADA accounting concepts
• Interpret and use financial data
• Use office software (Word-Excel) and ERP
• Make monthly reports
