MAIN MISSION

The electro technician is in charge of ensuring the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the production tool.

POSITION ACTIVITIES

• Perform diagnostics on a production tool, after detecting a problem and determining the origin of the failure,
• Replace or repair damaged parts after diagnosis,
• Participate in the search for spare parts at the best price for the best quality,
• Carry out the tests which constitute the last stage of the diagnosis and thus make it possible to carry out the last adjustments and technical adjustments,
• Fill in the maintenance log and the intervention monitoring supports,
• Accompany and advise his superiors throughout the repair process,
• Inspect the correct installation and operation of the devices,
• Travel within the framework of troubleshooting and thus work on the scene of incidents,
• Comply with HQSE procedures and instructions
• Take care of the work equipment provided.

EXPERTISE

• Identify an intervention from a technical file,
• Detect malfunctions of a module or equipment,
• Determine a technical repair solution,
• Test a module and carry out the debugging and adjustments,
• Fill in the intervention monitoring materials and transmit the information to the department concerned,
• Ensure first level maintenance,
• Evaluate the costs and deadlines of a service
• Establish an intervention estimate.
