MISSION:

Field and office person; he is responsible for monitoring and controlling the worksite action plan in terms of quality (process, ISO 9001 standard) and prevention of risks related to the environment (ISO 14001), health and safety. safety (OHSAS 18001) and sustainable development (ISO 26000).

TASKS:

• He is in charge of promoting the QHSE policy with the general management of his employer so that no one is unaware of the risks or any artificial or natural incident.
• It raises awareness and unifies the main players in the execution, works supervisors, maintenance engineers, in the implementation of this policy between the different stages (purchases, studies, operations) and in a practical way on the site.
• Identify the means of protection / prevention of risks on site
• Monitor the application of legal and regulatory obligations
• He will have to demonstrate autonomy, but remains in constant contact with various interlocutors: Topographer and Civil Engineering.
• Synthesize many documents and varied data to draw conclusions.
• On the basis of these on-site observations, he checks earthwork plans on a computer, using increasingly sophisticated means: measurement software, CAD / DAO (Computer Aided Design or Drawing), GIS (computerized systems). geographic information), satellite images (GPS), etc ... Which allow management to interpret more clearly.
• He advises engineers (GC and Topo) on the preparation of work upstream at each level of progress.
• It assigns to engineers the main responsibilities relating to compliance with the QHSE policy.
• He ensures the verification of safety and prevention devices for working conditions (PGCSPS, PPSPS),
• Writing QHSE technical notes and informing management in the event of the likelihood of any risk or artificial or natural incident occurring.
• He intervenes in support of the executions in order to instruct and support the project management (work supervisors) in the application of the approach.
• Please respect the environmental charter of the project, redefine or define it according to the real parameters of the project in order to limit the amount of site waste, noise and vibration pollution, pollution of the soil, the subsoil and of water, the impact of the site on biodiversity and the environment, air pollution, visual nuisances, traffic nuisance, risks to the health of workers, and to guarantee cleanliness on the site,
• Develop a site risk map every 02 months

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Academic level : BAC + 5 (Environmental Engineering Engineer)
• Professional experience : 03 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of IT, have a solid knowledge of cartography
