MAIN MISSION

The Oenologist is responsible for:

• Achieve an Operational Result in line with the set objectives
• Maintain the skills of its resources (training, diversification of experiences, professionalization, versatility) ..
• Maintain operational conditions and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Ensure the continuity of production)
• Satisfy the sales department while respecting contractual commitments (quality, cost, time)
• Manage, lead and develop operational teams (Production, Maintenance ...)
• Set up and enforce operational procedures, optimize industrial facilities
• Take into account HQSE factors (Hygiene-Quality-Safety-Environment) daily
• Maintain the quality of existing products
• Develop new products and offer innovative recipes to meet customer demand

POSITION ACTIVITIES

• Establishment and operation of a beverage packaging unit
• Plan production objectives, investments and resources (humans, machines, etc.) in the short and medium term
• Control the manufacturing process and the results against the specifications
• Monitor the realization of investments according to the defined budget
• Guarantee the supply and availability of equipment and stocks
• Respect the safety and quality standards of the manufacturing process
• Day-to-day analysis of production monitoring indicators (reporting, rate of waste / of ..)
• Build and / or improve performance indicators
• Manage subcontractors, guarantee the continuity of the production flow

KNOW:

• Extensive basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electricity, automation, materials, industrial IT)
• Mastery of computer and office tools
• Good knowledge of written and oral English, French would be a plus
