MAIN MISSION
Responsible for ensuring the development of the Food portfolio; ensure the achievement of sales, collection and profitability objectives; oversee the management and development of the Food sales force; ensure the establishment of the Food department; centralize and also process all complaints and land claims.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
SALES AND MARKETING
- Animate and federate the efforts of his team to achieve the sales objectives, collections and margins;
- Ensure the setting of objectives for the sales force and partners and monitor their achievement;
- Analyze the performance of the FDV and carry out regular training and support;
- Ensure the development of sales in all distribution channels and by supporting the sales teams in the field;
- Supervise the activity of its commercial resources;
- Implement and monitor marketing activities;
- Carry out continuous analyzes of its territory and propose actions to improve the situation of the brands and products of the company;
Update the various management dashboards and ensure proper reporting of all activities on time;
- Daily ensure the good outcome of all commercial transactions;
- Supervise the activity of WSR Regionals, sales representatives and key accounts;
- Produce an analysis of sales trends in order to anticipate supplies;
- Compile information from competitive intelligence and report it to the DC and the CEO;
ACCOUNTING
- Ensure regulatory compliance of inventory management and sales documents
- Ensure the monitoring and control of trade receivables
CONTROLS
- Ensure compliance with procedures and protection of the heritage of the department for which he is responsible.
- Ensure the circularization of customer accounts
- Ensures proper compliance with commercial procedures
