The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION.

MAIN MISSION

The Production Manager must apply the industrial policy defined by the company:

• Coordinate production activities,
• Supervise all production staff
• Solve common production problems,
• Ensure the quality and quantity of the material used in production,
• Achieve production targets
• Manage production logistics,
• Oversee production logistics,
• Manage the transfer of finished products to storage warehouses,
• Organize and control the work in production,
• Enforce the HQSE rules in force in the company,
• Ensure the safety of property and people.

POSITION ACTIVITIES

• Supervise all production staff
• Supervise all production operations on the weekly production schedule and assign each team the objectives,
• Ensures the launch of production at the scheduled time,
• Based on the packaging instructions given by the Management, he writes the order forms for the packaging accessories to be transferred the day before,
• Control the quantity and quality of accessories transferred between the different stores and the production area,
• Ensure compliance with production protocols, procedures and instructions,
• Ensure the smooth running of production operations, the proper handling of machines, packaging accessories and finished products,
• Participate in collaboration with the Management in the development of daily, weekly and monthly production programs,
• Provide shift managers with accessories for production,
• Implement the daily and weekly production schedule

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ACTION PROGRAM

• Ensure the transfer of pallets of finished products to the stores and check their compliance,
• Establish transfer slips for the movement of products between the production area and the buffer zone
• Control, aim and transfer to management the Production monitoring protocols
• At the end of production and in collaboration with the shift manager, return the packaging accessories and remaining packaging to the store from which they came;
• Establish daily and monthly production reports,
• Check the operator files and report any anomaly noted to the hierarchy,
• Is required to implement all procedures and memos in force,
• Is responsible for the personnel under his charge,
• Ensure that deviations observed during packaging are analyzed and that the causes are clearly identified.

INTERNAL TRAINING AND ANIATION OF PRODUCTION STAFF

• Design and propose internal staff training actions in collaboration with Management for the use of machines,
• Educate staff on the use of PPE and good hygiene practices.

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

• Is bound by professional secrecy,
• Carry out any work to be entrusted to him by his superior and report to him any breach,
• The production manager will be held criminally liable for any act of embezzlement of which he is the author or accomplice.

PROFILE

• Minimum technical baccalaureate
• Good knowledge of the production process
• 10 years of production experience in wine, juice and nectar production units or other agri-food structures
• Master emergency response techniques, particularly in first aid and fire
• Have a great capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated.
