Duties of the post:

The QHSE Manager is responsible for:

• Ensure product quality for customer satisfaction, as well as the security of facilities and working conditions for employees on the production site
• Reduce the impact of site activity on the environment
• Ensure the implementation of the quality assurance and control system, from the reception of raw materials to the storage of finished products, of which he organizes the smooth running and monitoring
• Manage certification projects according to the objectives defined by management
• Participate in the Management Committee
• Animate a Crisis Management firm

Job profile:

• Bac + 4 minimum in Quality Safety Environment
• Have a good command of the ISO certification process
• Have already piloted an ISO certification project to completion
• Have at least 10 years of experience in QHSE and/or a good experience in a similar position, in the agri-food sector
• Have excellent knowledge of the regulations relating to health, safety, the environment and working conditions
• Master emergency response techniques, particularly in first aid and fire
• Have a great capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO 22000 standards
• Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated
• Proficiency in professional English desired.
