The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER.

 

MAIN MISSION

The Senior Marketing Manager develops and controls the company's marketing strategy. He/she must establish and conduct a marketing policy in line with the company and its development while taking into consideration the market/product trend.

 

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

Definition and application of the multi-channel marketing action policy

  • Develop the marketing mix strategy (product, price, distribution, promotion) on all channels.
  • Choose communication vectors adapted to the launch of the product (advertisements, media plan, promotional events).
  • Build the operational marketing plan: manage and deploy the promotional schedule.
  • Define the positioning of the offers on the market and select the target segments of the commercial offers.
  • Ensure the adequacy of marketing actions with the expectations of customers and prospects.

Management of the commercial communication plan

  • Participate in the definition of the objectives of commercial communication.
  • Organize trade fairs, seminars, user conferences.
  • Update the content of promotional communication media (email, mail, newsletter, writing articles, etc.).
  • Ensure the visibility of the company's products and services to prospects.

Advice, support and sales assistance for salespeople

  • Support the sales and communication departments to provide them with technical expertise during the design or launch of new products.
  • Develop commercial tools and arguments for the sales force.
  • Define the form and content of sales support materials (information and advertising at points of sale, offer kit, brochures, product sheets, catalogs, etc.).
  • Manage the supply system for all communication media.
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate the company's presence at trade fairs, manage press relations.

Development and management of operational marketing tools

  • Manage the optimization and maintenance of websites, extranet, portal...
  • Improve the visibility of sites: acquisition of traffic and referencing.
  • Manage the creation, implementation and monitoring of new digital media in a multi-channel environment.
  • Deploy an animation plan (editorial content, promotional operations, contests, etc.) on the various digital media (mobile, tablet, social networks).
  • Create new spaces for online exchange: discussion forums, blogs, animation of communities on social networks.
  • Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of a CRM1 marketing and sales tool.

Measurement of the impact and effectiveness of the means deployed

  • Help define objectives and performance indicators.
  • Design, propose and implement work procedures
  • Design activity dashboards.
  • Measure and analyze performance indicators (ROI analysis among others).
  • Optimize the means implemented according to the results and implement corrective measures if necessary.

Technological and strategic monitoring and market studies

  • Follow the evolution of consumer behavior
  • Perform competitive intelligence on the positioning of competitors and the tools used.
  • Carry out market studies to propose action and product development plans

Management of external partnerships and contract negotiation

  • Choose suppliers and service providers for communication actions: drafting and launching calls for tenders.
  • Negotiate and monitor the implementation of contracts with service providers and communication agencies.

Budget management

  • Negotiate operational budgets with senior management.
  • Develop, deploy and monitor the execution of operational schedules

Team management

Develop training and capacity building modules for the team under his supervision to bring them to carry out the marketing plan

  • Carry out other work requested by the hierarchy

 

EXPERTISE :

  • Mastery of direct marketing techniques
  • Mastery of marketing 2.0 tools: e-mailing manager; blogs; CRM
  • Know how to manage communication outside the media: sponsorship, sales promotion, press relations, publications, fairs and exhibitions
  • Knowledge and strong taste for digital and social tools and devices
  • Speak in English and French

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

The job holder must have :

Academic level : BAC+4 in marketing, advertising or communication

Professional experience : At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
