MAIN MISSION

Responsible for collecting, processing and disseminating commercial information in order to guide the strategic decisions of the Management. He / she is also responsible for orienting and retaining customers and providing quality After-Sales Service.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

• Ensure that sales reps respect rooting and provide all useful information
• Answer incoming customer calls:
• Manage complaints
• Process customer requests (invoice settlements, advice, information)
• Cross Selling
• To win the loyalty of customers
• Answer incoming calls to prospects:
• Present the company's products and offers - Check the eligibility of lines
• Make outgoing calls:
• Check with customers for contract anomalies (address, payment, etc.)
• Sell the company's products and offers - Build customer loyalty
• Strictly respect the schedules and instructions received by the hierarchy.
• Perform any other task assigned by the hierarchy

Education and experience

• Minimum BTS in communication, modern letters or marketing
• 02 years of experience in a similar position
