The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, a company specializing in human resources management, supporting companies and young people in achieving their professional goals, is looking for a TRAFFIC MANAGER.

MISSION:

The Traffic Manager is responsible for supporting the accomplishment of employee missions and managing all administrative aspects of the company. He / she serves mainly as an interface between the General Manager and his main contacts.

ACTIVITIES:

• Planning and organization of meetings
• Work planning management and monitoring
• Information consolidation and reporting
• Meeting report and activity reports
• Address directory management
• Classification, archiving and backup of data
• Drafting and filing of letters
• Reception and reception
• Perform any other task requested by his superiors

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

The incumbent must have:

• Academic level:   Bac +2/3 in Marketing / Business Administration / Executive Assistant

• Professional experience : 3 years of successful experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of: marketing, administrative and secretarial work, administrative organization
